Remove/Install Rain/Light Sensor - AR82.30-P-7801XG

	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).
2	Unclip cover at front (1) from inside rear-view mirror (A67) (arrows A).	Long wedge	Fig 2
3	Pull rear cover (2) on inside rear-view mirror (A67) in direction of arrow (B) out of the guides.	: The rear cover (2) must engage audibly in the guides.
4	Release and disconnect electrical connector (3).
5	Release catch hooks (arrows C) of retaining clamp (4).
6	Remove retaining clamp (4) and rain and light sensor with additional function (B38/2).	Do not touch surfaces of rain and light sensor with additional function (B38/2). Otherwise, soiling may impair operation of the rain and light sensor with additional function (B38/2). : The retaining clamp (4) must latch audibly into place. If the surface of the rain and light sensor with additional function (B38/2) is damaged or badly soiled, ↓ Replace rain/light sensor with additional function (B38/2).
7	Install in reverse order.
	Initial startup
8	Commission rain and light sensor with additional function (B38/2).
		Only when replacing the rain/light sensor with additional function (B38/2).
