	Remove
1	Remove drive plate (2).		AR03.30-P-8003MRH
2	Remove crankshaft position sensor.		AR15.12-P-2134MRH
3	Remove pulse ring (3).		AR15.12-P-0001MRH
4	Clean crankcase (6) and oil pan (8) in the area Assembly cleaner of the end cover (5).		*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
5	Remove screws (4).
6	Position tool on the side cutouts of the end cover (5) and release the end cover (5) from the crankcase (6).
	000 588 00 84 00 Heat gun		WS54.00-P-0049B
		Do not damage the sealing surface between the end cover (5) and the crankcase (6). Otherwise, leakage may occur.
		Heat end cover (5) in area of the sealing surfaces if necessary using a heat gun.
7	Remove end cover (5).	The end cover (5) and radial shaft sealing ring form a unit and cannot be separated.
	Install
8	Install new end cover (5).		AR03.20-P-3003-01MRH

		Loctite 7200	*BR00.45-Z-1038-04A

9	Install pulse ring (3).		AR15.12-P-0001MRH
10	Install crankshaft position sensor.		AR15.12-P-2134MRH
11	Install drive plate (2).		AR03.30-P-8003MRH
12	Check engine oil level and correct.
