Remove Pilot Bushing - AR41.10-P-0250-02LW

Model 205, 213, 238, 253 

Measure 

  1. Measure and note dimension (a).

    IMPORTANT Depending on the flexible disk thickness, the specified press-in dimension may deviate when installing.

    Remove 

  2. Knock pilot bushing (10) using flat chisel uniformly onto drive shaft (arrow).

  3. mm from the front edge of the pilot bushing (10), drill a hole (0 10 mm) at a right angle through the pilot bushing (10).

    If pilot bushing (10) is seized.

  4. Insert suitable drift through hole and pry pilot bushing (10) out of drive shaft using two assembly levers.

    If pilot bushing (10) is seized.
