Install Rear Roof Frame - AR65.20-P-1008-03LWT

1. Install rear roof frame (1). fit and fix in place.
2. Mark rivet holes on rear roof frame (1) according to specified dimensions.

   Dimensions: 

   c = 10 mm

   d = 8 mm

3. Drill rivet holes on rear roof frame (1) with Ø 6.7 mm bit a previously marked points and countersink (areas C).

   Countersink rivet holes to create level surface when riveting.

   Otherwise it could collide with the roof paneling below.

4. Drill rivet holes on rear roof frame (1) with 0 6.7 mm and countersink (areas B).

   Countersink rivet holes to create level surface when riveting.

   Otherwise it could collide with parts above.

5. Drill rivet holes on rear roof frame (1) with 0 6.7 mm bit through present holes in body (areas F).
6. Remove rear roof frame (1).
7. Deburr rivet holes on rear roof frame (1) and body on both sides.

8. Apply 2-component adhesive to body on crosshatched areas (areas G).

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

9. Install rear roof frame (1) and fix in place.
10. Rivet rear roof frame (1) with 0 6, 4x15, 5 countersunk head blind rivet (areas B₁ and C₁ ).

    Clamping range from 3.64 to 4.52 mm.

11. Rear roof frame (1) rp (areas A).

14. Rivet rear roof frame (1) with Ø 6.4x12 rivets (areas F₁ ).

    Clamping range 1.91 mm.
