Install Center Roof Paneling - AR65.10-P-1000-07LWT

except code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) 

1. Install center roof paneling (1), fit with spacer blocks and fix in place.

   When removing, observe specified dimensions and positions of spacer blocks.

2. Drill rivet holes in center roof paneling (1) with 0 6.7 mm bit from below through existing holes in body (areas B₁ and B₂ ).
3. Countersink rivet holes in center roof paneling (1) from above (areas B1).

   Countersink rivet holes to create level surface when riveting.

   Otherwise it could collide with the roof trim strip above.

4. Countersink rivet holes in center roof paneling (1) from below (areas B₂ ).

   Countersink rivet holes to create level surface when riveting.

   Otherwise there may be collisions with the grab handle.

5. Remove center roof paneling (1).

6. Apply relining adhesive to body (areas H).

   Observe processing specification for relining adhesive.

7. Apply sealant to foam parts (areas J).
8. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in cross-hatched areas (areas G).

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

9. Install center roof paneling (1) and fix in place.
10. Rivet center roof paneling (1) with blind rivets with 6.4x14.0 countersunk head (areas B₁ and B₂ ).

    Rivet center roof paneling (1) from below (areas B₂ ).

    Clamping range 2.8 to 3.2 mm.

11. Center roof paneling (1) (areas A and B₃ ).
