- Open adhesive cartridge and insert sealing and corrosion protection gun.
To completely empty the adhesive cartridges, insert 
adapters between cartridge piston and plates on push rods of sealing and corrosion protection gun.
- Actuate sealing and corrosion protection gun until the level in the cartridge guns is compensated.
Both adhesive components should exit from openings in adhesive cartridges.
- Install mixing tube on adhesive cartridges.
- Press out and discard a quantity of adhesive components amounting to the length of two measuring tubes to ensure uniform mixing.
- Mix one additional measuring tube length for reference.
If processing is interrupted for > 15 min, clean the mixing tube by pressing out a quantity of material equal to the length of one measuring tube or replace mixing tube while ensuring that the adhesive components are mixed uniformly (see operation step 4).
Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.
The reference adhesive bead serves for checking and confirmation of the adhesive connection before moving for the first time after gluing the panoramic sliding roof frame.
- Uniformly apply adhesive material to bonding surfaces (1) on body flange (2).
Apply adhesive within 25 min. and position panoramic sliding roof frame within next 15 minutes on body flange (2) and fix in place.
Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.
Apply adhesive material as adhesive bead at a height of approx. 14 mm and a width of approx. 8 to 10 mm.
Immediately remove soiling caused by adhesive.
