1. Open adhesive cartridges and insert in commercially available electric rechargeable gun or pneumatic cartridge gun with piston rod.

   To completely empty the adhesive cartridge, insert adapter between cartridge piston and plate on push rod of rechargeable gun.

2. Cut application nozzle, so that the adhesive bead can be applied at a height of 14 mm and a width of 8 to 10 mm.

   The height of adhesive bead must be 3 mm when installed.

3. Install application nozzle on adhesive cartridge.
4. Fabricate reference adhesive bead.

   The reference adhesive bead serves for checking and confirmation of the adhesive connection before moving for the first time after gluing the front stationary element.

5. Uniformly apply adhesive material to bonding surfaces on body flange.

   Apply adhesive material within 25 min and position front stationary element within the next 15 min on body flange on vehicle side and fix in place.

   Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.

   Apply adhesive material as adhesive bead at a height of approx. 14 mm and a width of approx. 8 to 10.

   Immediately remove soiling caused by adhesive.
