| 1 | Switch off ignition | ||
| 2 | Remove engine cover (1) | ||
| 3 | Remove air filter housing (2) | AR09.10-P-1150MT | |
| 4 | Unclip electrical connection for oxygen sensor upstream catalytic converter (G3/2x1) from bracket and disconnect | ||
| 5 | Unclip electrical line for oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter from bracket and place to one side | ||
| 6 | Remove charge air temperature sensor upstream of throttle valve (B17/7) | ||
| 7 | Disconnect electrical connection from throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 8 | Unclip electrical line from throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and lay down to side | ||
| 9 | Remove screw/bolt (4) for charge air pipe (5) at bracket | ||
| 10 | Detach coolant line (6) to vacuum pump and engine suspension lug | ||
| 11 | Remove screw/bolts (7) | *BA30.20-P-1002-01C | |
| 12 | Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6) upwards | ||
| 13 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 14 | Connect diagnostic system; read out fault memory. | ||
