Remove/install Parktronic system (PTS) control unit - AR54.65-P-0006NKB

MODEL 117, 156, 176, 242, 246 with CODE 220 (PARKTRONIC) 

MODEL 117, 156, 176, 242, 246 with CODE 235 (Active Parking Assist with PARKTRONIC)

NOTES Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1.1 Switch off ignition MODEL 117, 156, 176, 242, 246 with ENGINE 133, 270  
1.2 Disconnect ground line from battery MODEL 117, 156, 176, 246 with ENGINE 607, 651  
AR54.10-P-0003NKB 
2 Fold back floor covering (1) in passenger footwell    
3 Unscrew nuts (2) and place lines to one side MODEL 117, 156, 176, 246 with ENGINE 607, 651  
4 Take parking system control unit (N62) out of the protective sleeve    
5 Disconnect electrical connectors (3) and remove parking system control unit (N62)    
6 Install in the reverse order    
7 Perform initial startup of parking system control unit (N62) using Star Diagnosis When replacing parking system control unit (N62).
