Remove/Install Rocker Pendulum On Master Brake Cylinder - AR42.10-P-0300-02V

MODEL 171, 172 

Removing 

1. Remove lock nut (1) from journal of master Brake cylinder (2).
2. Unscrew nut (3a) of pendulum support (3) and pull pendulum support (3) with rubber grommet (4) off master Brake cylinder (2).
3. Check grommet (4) for damage, replace if necessary.

   Install 

4. Mount new spring nut (1).

   Push the lock nut (1) approx. 5 mm (x) onto the journal of the master Brake cylinder (2). This prevents the pendulum support (3) from slipping off the journal of the master Brake cylinder (2).
