	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot contemporary. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove
1	Unscrew cap (1) on coolant expansion reservoir (2)	Slowly unscrew cap (1) on coolant expansion reservoir (2) and relieve overpressure. Scolding can occur otherwise through spitting out of hot coolant.
2	Remove lower front engine compartment paneling	Model 463 with engine 279 as of model year 2016 except code ZQ0 (G 500 4x42 )	AR61.20-P-1105GW

	Drain coolant at engine radiator
3	Slide drain hose onto drain fitting (3)
4	Open drain screw (4) and drain off coolant	Collect coolant in a suitable container.
5	Tighten drain screw (4) and detach drain hose from drain fitting (3)
	Drain coolant on crankcase
6	Remove front exhaust system	Engine 279 in model 463 as of model year 2013	AR49.10-P-5500GW

7	Remove screw/bolt (5)
8	Remove screw (6)
9	Push away heat shield (7)
10	Loosen drain fitting (8) and push drain hose onto drain fitting (8)
11	Open drain fitting (8) and drain off coolant	Collect coolant in a suitable container.

13	Press back heat shield (7)
14	Tighten bolt (5)
