| 2 | Disconnect electrical connection for LH oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter (G3/3x1), on the right upstream of catalytic converter (G3/4x1), on the left downstream of catalytic converter (G3/5x1) and on the right downstream of catalytic converter (G3/6x1) and expose feed lines | AR07.52-P-5303RKC | |
| 3 | Tighten screw/bolts (2) at crossmember (1) | *BA61.10-P-1001-01H | |
| 4 | Remove clamps on ATL flange connection | *BA49.10-P-1001-01AM | |

| 8 | Remove exhaust tips (9) | ||
| 9 | Remove screw/bolts (6) and remove bracket (7) | *BA49.10-P-1006-01AM | |
| 10 | Unfasten clamps (4) and push to the rear | *BA49.10-P-1004-01AM | |
| 11 | Unhook exhaust rubber mounts (5) and remove front exhaust system | ||

| 12 | Remove combustion and corrosion residue at separating points | ||
| Check | |||
| 13 | Check rubber mount (5) for signs of wear and damage, replace if necessary | ||
| 14 | Install in the reverse order | ||

| 15 | Check installation position and unobstructed movement of all components of the exhaust system | ||

Risk of accident
from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury
(bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Perform an engine test run and check exhaust system for leaktightness |
