| 2 | Drain coolant at radiator (1) | AR20.00-P-1142RK | |
| 3 | Detach coolant hoses (2, 3, 4, 5) from radiator (1) | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 4 | Unclip electrical line for fan unit at radiator (1) | Engine 276.8 in model 231 as of model year 2016 |

| 5 | To do this press together retaining clamps (6) and unclip radiator (1) above on radiator support (7) in direction of arrow | ||
| 6 | Take out radiator (1) in an upward direction | ||
| Check | |||
| 7 | Check elastomer bearing (8) | If damage is present ↓ Replace elastomer bearing (8). |

| 8 | Check cooler (1) | If damage is present ↓ Replace the cooler (1). |
|
| 9 | Install in the reverse order | ||
