Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 4 | Lift up locks and pull bleed lines (3) out of the coolant expansion reservoir (2) | ||
| 5 | Unscrew nuts (4) | ||
| 6 | Unhook coolant line (5) | ||

| 8 | Lift out coolant expansion reservoir (2) | ||
| 9 | Disconnect electrical connection (8) | ||
| 10 | Remove coolant hose (9) from coolant expansion reservoir (2) | ||
| 11 | Remove coolant expansion reservoir (2) | ||

| 12 | Check rubber guide (10) for damage and correct seating | ||
| 13 | Install in the reverse order | ||
