	Remove/install
1	Remove air conditioner housing (A32)		AR83.30-P-5200RK
2	Remove expansion valve (2) from refrigerant lines (15)	Alternately screw in screws/bolts (4). Otherwise the expansion valve (2) may tilt during installation. For this purpose, remove bolts (4). Replace sealing rings at refrigerant lines (15).
3	Remove screws/bolts (8) and remove fresh air/recirculated air housing (9)	Place fresh air/recirculated air housing (9) to one side with electrical lines attached.
4	Disconnect Electrical connection (13)
5	Remove plug (11) from air conditioning housing bottom section (6)
6	Remove electrical wiring harness (12) from air conditioner housing bottom section (6)
7	Disconnect electrical connectors (18, 20)
8	Remove screws/bolts (1)
9	Remove clamps (10)	Remove all clamps (10) holding the air distribution box (14), the air conditioner housing bottom section (6) and air conditioner housing top section (7) together.
10	Remove air distribution box (14) from air conditioner housing bottom section (6) and air conditioner housing top section (7)
11	Remove air conditioner housing top section (7) from air conditioner housing bottom section (6)	To do so, the air conditioner housing bottom section (6) must be carefully raised using the hooks (19) on the air distribution box (14).
12	Guide seal (5) over coolant lines (3)	To do so, moisten seal (5) in area of coolant lines (3) with lubricant.

13	Remove evaporator (17) from air conditioner housing bottom section (6)	Guide evaporator (17) in at guide grooves (arrows) at air conditioner housing bottom section (6).
14	Remove bracket (16) from refrigerant lines (15)
15	Remove seal (5) from refrigerant lines (15)
16	Install in the reverse order
