	Remove/install
1	Remove engine covers (1, 2a, 2b)
2	Remove engine air intake ducts (3a, 3b)
3	Slacken poly-V belt and remove	Routing diagram for poly-V belt Do not use belt wax or similar products. This leads to slipping of the poly-V belt. To do so, swivel clamping device (5) at hexagon (6) counterclockwise, remove poly-V belt and detension clamping device (5). Observe poly-V belt routing diagram.	AR13.22-P-3902-02MM
4	Check belt pulley profile, tensioning device (5) and guide pulleys (7, 8)	Check for damage, wear and soiling.
5	Remove lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.30-P-1001LF
6	Lock tensioning device (5)	After laying on the poly-V belt, swivel tensioning device (5) at hexagon (6) clockwise, pull out drift (9) and detension tensioning device (5). Swivel tensioning device (5) at hexagon (6) counterclockwise and lock in place using drift (9).
7	Remove screw/bolts on tensioning device (5)	Bolt, poly-V belt tensioning device to timing case cover	*BA13.25-P-1001-01Y
8	Remove tensioning device (5) downwards
9	Remove left charge air line		AR09.41-P-8620LFB
10	Remove screw/bolts for guide pulleys (7)	Bolt, guide pulley to coolant pump/oil filter/timing case cover	*BA13.25-P-1005-01Y
		Bolt, guide pulley to carrier	*BA13.25-P-1002-01Y
11	Remove guide pulleys (7)
12	Detach upper guide pulley (8) and carrier from timing case cover	Bolt, guide pulley to coolant pump/oil filter/timing case cover	*BA13.25-P-1005-01Y
13	Remove screw/bolts for upper guide pulley carrier (8)	Bolt, guide pulley carrier/ABC pump to timing case cover/coolant pump	*BA13.25-P-1003-01Y
14	Install in the reverse order
