Remove/install circulation pump for low-temperature water circuit - AR09.41-P-6925MUB

MODEL 217 with ENGINE 279 

MODEL 222 with ENGINE 277, 279

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit   AR09.41-P-6834MUB 
2 Disconnect electrical connection (4) from circulation pump (5)    
3 Detach coolant hoses (1) at circulation pump (5) IMPORTANT Collect escaping coolant in a suitable container.  
4 Remove screw/bolt (2)    
5 Remove bracket (3)    
6 Remove circulation pump (5) downwards    
7 Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Check     
8 Check low-temperature circuit for leaktightness   AR09.41-P-1010MUB 
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9 Perform an engine test run and check low-temperature circuit cooling system for proper function
