Remove/install wiper arm - AR82.30-P-6100LF

DANGER Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism. When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m). AS82.30-Z-0001-01A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch on ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m)    
2 Remove covers (1)    
3 Disconnect electrical connector (2) or electrical connector (3)    
4 Disconnect hose coupling (4) or hose coupling (5)    
5 Remove covers (6) or cover (7) and unscrew nuts underneath TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut, wiper arm to windshield wiper system *BA82.30-P-1002-01P 
6 Remove driver-side wiper arm (9) and passenger-side wiper arm (8)    
7 Unclip wiring harness of the driver-side wiper arm (9) or passenger-side wiper arm (8) from the respective mounting clamps and route through opening in the air-water duct (10)    
8 Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Check     
9 Check and adjust wiper arms (8, 9) Model 222
