Remove Clutch Housing From Differential Housing - AR27.40-P-0520-03RQ

1. Detach caps (2, 3 each) from clutch housing (1) and remove aluminum bolts (3, 7 each).

2. Remove aluminum bolts (3, 9 each).

3. Mount lifting device onto coupling housing (1).
4. Remove clutch housing (1).

   Do not pry off using an assembly lever.

   The differential housing (4) and the clutch housing (1) will otherwise be damaged.

   Carefully loosen the clutch housing (1) using a soft face hammer (arrows) and lift off.

5. Using suitable tool, remove radial shaft sealing ring (5) of drive shaft from clutch housing (1).

   Do not pound prying-off tool in between the radial shaft sealing ring (5) and the clutch housing (1).

   The sealing surface will otherwise be damaged.
