| 1 | Connect diagnostic system and commission instrument cluster (A1) | When replacing the instrument cluster (A1). | |

| 2 | Position steering wheel rearwards and at the bottom | ||
| 3 | Switch off ignition, remove transmitter key if necessary and place transmitter key down outside of KEYLESS-GO transmission range | ||
| 4 | Unclip covering (1) at bottom (arrows) and detach at retaining clamps (2) | Fig 1 | |
| 5 | Remove bolts (3) | ||
| 6 | Detach instrument cluster (A1) at top from retaining clamps (4) and pull out far enough to gain access to the electrical connection (5) | ||
| 7 | Disconnect electrical connection (5) | ||
| 8 | Swivel instrument cluster (A1) upwards (arrow A) and remove to the left (arrow B) | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order |
