Electrical line or electrical wiring harness damaged
For repair work conducted on electrical lines or electrical wiring harnesses, please create an informative TIPS case up to headquarters in the meantime, to enable the reason for the failures to be determined in detail.
The following information shall be attached to the TIPS case:
Detailed customer complaint before repair work
Printout of XENTRY diagnostic quick test
Workshop inspection findings:
- WIS circuit diagram printout with precise marking of damage line or damaged wiring harness
- Exact damaged spot of electrical line or electrical wiring harness
- Type of damage (scuffed/sheared off/poor contact...)
- Cause of damaged electrical line or damaged electrical wiring harness
- Pictures of damaged electrical line or damaged electrical wiring harness at damage location with clear labels.
Workshop measure for rectifying problem
The title of the TIPS case must bear the name "Repair of electrical line/electrical wiring harness".
