Remove/Install Overhead Control Panel Control Unit - AR82.20-P-1000RG

IMPORTANT Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Perform initial startup of ATA [EDW]/tow-away protection/interior protection control unit MODEL 190
with CODE 882 (Interior motion sensor)
When replacing overhead control panel electronics (N70/3)
 
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04B
2 Switch off ignition, remove transmitter key if necessary and place transmitter key outside of KEYLESS-GO transmission range    
3 Unlock overhead control panel electronics (N70/3) and lower IMPORTANT Insert assembly wedge (2) in center between front headliner (1) and overhead control panel electronics (N70/3) and release lock (3) in direction of travel (arrow).  
    SPECIAL TOOL Mounting wedge Fig 2
4 Disconnect electrical connectors (4) from overhead control panel electronics (N70/3) IMPORTANT The number of electrical connectors (4) can vary depending on the equipment installed  
5 Unhook overhead control panel electronics (N70/3) and remove    
6 Install in the reverse order
