	Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism.	When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m).	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A

	Check
1	Switch off ignition, remove transmitter key if necessary and place transmitter key outside of KEYLESS-GO transmission range
2	Manually position windshield wiper system in reversing position
3	Remove wiper blades
4	Clean wiper blade fixtures on driver-side wiper arm (1) and passenger-side wiper arm (2) using a clean cloth
5	Check angle of incidence of driver-side wiper arm (1) and passenger-side wiper arm (2) to windshield		AR82.30-P-6000-01CW
		When working on raised driver-side wiper arm (1) or passenger-side wiper arm (2), ensure that they do not fall onto the windshield. The windshield can otherwise be damaged.
		When changing from reversing position to park position, make sure that driver-side wiper arm (1) and passenger-side wiper arm (2) do not make direct contact with windshield. The windshield can otherwise be scratched.
		Cover driver-side wiper arm (1) and passenger-side wiper arm (2) with appropriate means (scratch protection).
