Upper Outer A-Pillar Paneling Prepare For Installation - Ar63.20-P-1105-02RGR

The following operation steps are shown for the new part on the left side of the vehicle. In case of damage, these steps must be similarly performed on the right side of the vehicle.

1. Grind mating surfaces for weld joints and adhesively bonded connections on upper A-pillar outer paneling (1) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and weld joints.

2. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
