Upper A-Pillar Reinforcement Removal - Ar63.20-P-1113-01RG

Model 190 

The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle. Perform them analogously if right side of vehicle is damaged.

Shown on model 190.4 

1. Expose blind rivets (2) on upper A-pillar reinforcement (1) and drill off.
2. Expose weld seams on upper A-pillar reinforcement (1) and cut out (areas A and B).
3. Remove damaged upper A-pillar reinforcement (1).
4. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
5. Level mating surfaces on body in cross-hatched areas and grind down to bare metal.

   Observe pretreatment of weld joints.

6. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
