Outer Side Longitudinal Member Preparation - Ar63.30-P-1050-02RG

Model 190 

The following steps are shown on the new part on the left side of the vehicle. Perform them analogously if right side of vehicle is damaged.

1. Grind mating surfaces on outer side longitudinal member (1) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and weld joints.

2. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
