Outer Rear Wheel Well Prepare For Installation - Ar63.10-P-0670-05RG

The following steps are shown for spare parts on the left side of the vehicle and must be similarly performed on the right side in the case of damage.

1. Grind mating surfaces on front wheel well (1) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

2. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.

3. Grind mating surfaces on center wheel well (2) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

4. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.

5. Grind mating surfaces on side wheel well (3) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

6. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.

7. Grind mating surfaces on inner rear wheel well (4) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

9. Grind mating surfaces on outer rear wheel well (4) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.
