Model 190 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Heat flow drill and self-tapping fillister head bolts on end plate (2) with heat gun and remove (area A).

   Flow drill holes and self-tapping fillister head screws are bonded and must be heated.

2. Heat end plate (2) in crosshatched areas with heat gun.

   Cross-hatched areas are bonded with adhesive.

3. Remove damaged striker plate (2).

4. Heat flow drill and self-tapping fillister head bolts on main floor (3) with heat gun and remove (area B).

   Flow drill holes and self-tapping fillister head screws are bonded and must be heated.

5. Heat main floor (3) in crosshatched areas with heat gun.

   Cross-hatched areas are bonded with adhesive.

6. Remove damaged main floor (3).
