Cross Member Below Front Seat Removal - Ar63.40-P-1190-01RG

Model 190 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

Shown on model 190.4 

1. Expose weld seams/spots on rear reinforcement (1) inside and cut (area A).
2. Remove damaged rear reinforcement (1).
3. Expose weld seams/spots on rear crossmember below front seat (2) inside and cut (areas A and B).
4. Expose weld seams/spots on rear crossmember below front seat (2) at bottom and cut (areas C and D).
5. Remove damaged rear crossmember below front seat (2).
6. Expose weld seams/spots on front crossmember below front seat (3) at bottom and cut (areas E and F).
7. Expose weld seams/spots on front reinforcement (4) inside and cut (area G).
8. Remove damaged front reinforcement (4).
9. Expose weld seams/spots on front crossmember below front seat (3) inside and cut (areas G and H).
10. Remove damaged front crossmember below front seat (3).
11. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
