The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Expose weld seams/spots on center main floor reinforcement (1) and cut out (areas A and B).
2. Heat flow drill and self-tapping fillister head screws on center main floor reinforcement (1) inside with heat gun and unscrew (area E).

   Flow drill holes and self-tapping fillister head screws are bonded and must be heated.

3. Expose weld seams/spots on center main floor reinforcement (1) and cut out (areas C and D).
4. Heat center main floor reinforcement (1) in crosshatched area (E) with heat gun.

   Cross-hatched area is bonded.

5. Remove damaged center main floor reinforcement (1).
6. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
