A-Pillar Reinforcement Prepare For Installation - Ar63.20-P-1110-03RG

The following operation steps are shown on the new part on the left side of the vehicle. In case of damage, these steps must be similarly performed on the right side of the vehicle.

1. Grind mating surfaces on A-pillar reinforcement (5) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and weld joints.

2. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
