1. Expose self-pierce rivets of center roof paneling (1) and unrivet with rivet press tool (area B).
2. Expose self-pierce rivets of center roof paneling (1) and cut off (areas A and C).

3. Heat center roof paneling (1) in cross-hatched area with heat gun.

   Cross-hatched area is bonded.

4. Remove damaged roof paneling (1).

5. Level mating surfaces on body in cross-hatched areas and grind down to bare metal.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

6. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
