Model 190 

1. Expose self-pierce rivets on inner rear floor (1) and cut out (areas A1 and B1).
2. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
3. Heat flow drill bolts and self-tapping fillister head bolts on inner rear floor (1) with heat gun and remove (areas C1 and C2).

   Flow drill screws and selftapping fillister head screws are bonded.

4. Heat rear floor (1) in cross-hatched areas with heat gun.

   Cross-hatched areas are bonded with adhesive.

5. Remove damaged rear floor (1).

6. Level mating surfaces on body in cross-hatched areas and grind down to bare metal.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

7. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
