Upper Front Longitudinal Member Separation - Ar62.20-P-1286-01RG

Model 190 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be accomplished analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Expose weld seams on upper front longitudinal member (1) and cut out (areas A1, A2, B1and B2).

2. Expose weld seams on upper front longitudinal member (1) and cut out (areas C1, C2, D, E1 and E2).
3. Unscrew bolt (2) and nut from mounting console (3).
4. Remove damaged front upper longitudinal member (1).

5. Grind mating surfaces on vehicle down to bare metal in crosshatched areas.
6. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
