Radiator Support Removal - Ar62.30-P-1500-04RG

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be accomplished analogously on the right side of the vehicle.

1. Expose weld seams/spots on radiator support (1) and cut (areas A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D, E1, E2).
2. Remove damaged radiator support (1) with supports (3, 9), cross strut (5), support (11) and bracket (7).

3. Grind mating surfaces for welded joints on body down to bare metal in crosshatched areas.

   Prepare welds by grind down to bare metal with stainless steel brush.

4. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
