	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Risk of accident  when commissioning the vehicle due to a lack of braking effect when the service brake is operated for the first time after repair work.	Before starting the engine, actuate brake pedal several times until pressure is built up and maintained in the brake system.	AS42.50-Z-0002-01A

	Clean
1	Clean cap (2) and area surrounding cap (2) on brake fluid expansion reservoir (1).
	Remove
2	Unscrew cap (2).
	Replace brake fluid
3	Suction brake fluid out of brake fluid expansion reservoir (1).

4	Connect filler/bleeder unit to brake fluid expansion reservoir (1) and switch on.

		Note operating instructions for filling and bleeding unit. Damage can otherwise occur.
5	Lift vehicle with vehicle lift.

6	Renew brake fluid.

		New brake fluid must escape without any bubbles via the bleed hose. Damage can otherwise occur.

	Clean
7	Clean and remove any leaked brake fluid on bleed screws and brake calipers.	If brake fluid has escaped at bleed screw thread.
	Replace brake fluid
8	Lower vehicle with vehicle lift.

9	Switch off filling and bleeding unit and disconnect.

	Check
10	Operate brake pedal until full back pressure.	The brake pedal must not give way.
		If problems are determined, ↓ rectify the problems.
		After obtaining special order.
11	Lift vehicle with vehicle lift.

12	Check bleed screws on brake calipers for fluid loss.	If problems are determined, ↓ rectify the problems.
		After obtaining special order.
13	Lower vehicle with vehicle lift.
			AR00.60-P-1006A
14	Check fluid level in brake fluid expansion reservoir (1).	If fluid level is below Max. marking, ↓ fill brake fluid up to Max. marking.
		If fluid level is above Max. marking, ↓ extract brake fluid up to Max. marking.

	Install
15	Screw on cap (2).
