INSPECT Check
1 Assess brakepad thickness (1) of brakepads on front axle. NOTES
If the wear limit of the brakepads has been reached, replace the brakepads subject to a separate repair order.
Otherwise the braking effect may be impaired and people, property and environmental damage may result.

IMPORTANT If necessary, use flashlight (2) or mirror (3). To assess the brakepad thickness (1), take the thickness of the backing plate as a reference point and identify the brakepad with the smallest brakepad thickness (1) on each axle.
IMPORTANT For racetrack operations, the customer should be advised to change the brakepads prematurely at 9 mm (steel) or at 7 mm (ceramic) brakepad thickness (1).
    Brake pad *BE42.10-P-1001-05ZA
If, in exceptional cases, assessment through visual inspection is not possible.

Remove front wheels and assess them.

    IMPORTANT After obtaining special order.
