Detach/Mount Connector - AR42.45-P-0820-02RG

Disconnect electrical connection. 

NOTES If there is damage to the bracket (1), connector (2) or connector locking mechanism (1f), the corresponding parts MUST be replaced.

Otherwise, the connector (2) may work its way loose from the ESP® control unit (N30/4).

  1. Carefully press release button (1e), hold it down and swivel bracket (1) upwards through approx. 90°.

    NOTES To unlock the connector (2), use SPECIAL TOOL removal tool. Otherwise, the release button (1e), connector locking mechanism (1f) or the bracket (1) may be damaged.

    IMPORTANT By swiveling the bracket (1), the connector (2) is pushed slightly out of the jack (3) on the ESP control unit® (N30/4). Do not use a tool!

  2. Pull connector (2) out of jack (3).

    NOTES Do not  handle the connector (2) by the bracket (1). Otherwise, the bracket (1) may be damaged!

  3. Swivel bracket (1) downwards until connector locking mechanism (1f) engages.

    Connect electrical connector. 

  4. Swivel bracket (1) upwards approx. 90°.
  5. Insert connector (2) far enough into jack (3) on ESP control unit® (N30/4) until connector fits flush along its entire length with base of jack (3).

    NOTES Do not  handle the connector (2) by the bracket (1). Otherwise, the bracket (1) may be damaged!

  6. Swivel bracket (1) downwards until connector locking mechanism (1f) engages.

    IMPORTANT The connector (2) is hereby drawn into its end position and locked.
