	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover	Model 164	AR01.10-P-2405GZB
		Model 221	AR01.10-P-2405SXI
		Model 251	AR01.10-P-2405RTB
		Model 166, 204, 207, 212, 218
2	Unclip pipework for Active Roll Stabilization on impact plate (1)	Model 166 with code (468) ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM
		The impact plate (1) is installed in front of the belt drive.
3	Remove impact plate (1)	If installed.
		To do this remove screw/bolts (2) and take off impact plate (1) upwards.
4	Remove fan unit	Model 204, 207, 212, 218
		Model 204, 207	AR20.40-P-5050CW
		Model 212, 218	AR20.40-P-5050EW
5	Disconnect vacuum hose (4)
6	Unhook EGR cooler bypass flap switchover valve (Y85) from bracket
7	Remove screw/bolts (5, 6) and take off bypass flap (3) with exhaust gas recirculation pipes (7, 8)	Installation: Replace seals.
		Screw/bolt, EGR pipe to changeover flap	*BA14.20-P-1007-01G
		Screw/bolt, EGR pipe to heat exchanger	*BA14.20-P-1012-01G
8	Install in the reverse order
