	Remove/install
1	Remove intake manifold (1)		AR09.20-P-1310MLJ
2	Disconnect electrical connections on charge air temperature sensor (B17/8) and pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (B28/6)
3	Disconnect electrical connection at throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
4	Unclip electrical line (4) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
5	Unscrew screw/bolts (5) for charge air cooler (2) on intake manifold (1)	Bolt, charge air cooler to charge air distribution line	*BA09.41-P-1001-01O
6	Loosen clamp (6) for intake manifold (1) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
7	Detach charge air cooler (2) and throttle valve actuator (M16/6) on intake manifold (1)
8	Unclip electrical line (3) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
9	Remove screws/bolts (7) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Bolt, throttle valve actuator to charge air cooler	*BA09.41-P-1002-01O
10	Detach throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from charge air cooler (2)	: Ensure correct seating of the seal between throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and charge air cooler (2).
11	Remove seal (8) for throttle valve actuator (M166) on charge air cooler (2)	: Install new seal (8). Hook seal (8) onto charge air cooler (2).
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Read out fault memory using diagnostic unit and clear, if necessary
