Remove/Install Bulbs Of Headlamp Unit - AR82.10-P-1201GQ

MODEL 166 without CODE 615 (Bi-xenon headlamp unit with integrated curve illumination) without CODE 621 (Intelligent Light System (left-hand traffic)) without CODE 622 (Intelligent Light System (right-hand traffic))

IMPORTANT Remove/install fender liner front section in front fender   AR88.10-P-1310GQ
E1e5, E2e5 Left turn signal, right turn signal NOTES Switch off exterior lights before changing bulbs.
NOTES A short circuit is hereby avoided.
Do not touch glass bulbs with bare fingers.
Use a soft cloth free of oil and grease.
Otherwise, the bulbs are damaged during operation due to overheating.
IMPORTANT Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or Keyless-Go start/stop button on vehicles with CODE 889 (Keyless-Go) from electronic ignition lock control unit.
IMPORTANT Remove left turn signal light (E1e5) from left front lamp unit or right turn signal light (E2e5) from the right front lamp unit.
 
E1e1, E2e1 High beam left, high beam right NOTES Switch off exterior lights before changing bulbs.
A short circuit is hereby avoided.
NOTES Do not touch glass bulbs with bare fingers. Use a soft cloth free of oil and grease. Otherwise, the bulbs are damaged during operation due to overheating.
IMPORTANT Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or Keyless-Go start/stop button on vehicles with CODE 889 (Keyless-Go) from electronic ignition lock control unit.
IMPORTANT Open service flap in left or right front fender liner.
IMPORTANT Detach housing cover, twist high beam socket to the left and remove.
Pull left high beam (E1e1) or right high beam (E2e1) out of the high beam socket.
 
E1e2, E2e2 Low beam left, low beam right NOTES Switch off exterior lights before changing bulbs.
A short circuit is hereby avoided.

IMPORTANT Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or Keyless-Go start/stop button on vehicles with CODE 889 (Keyless-Go) from electronic ignition lock control unit.
IMPORTANT Detach housing cover, twist low beam socket to the left and remove. Pull left low beam (E1e2) or right low beam (E2e2) out of low beam socket.
 
E1e3, E2e3 Sidelights and parking lights left, sidelights and parking lights right NOTES Switch off exterior lights before changing bulbs.
A short circuit is hereby avoided.

IMPORTANT Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or Keyless-Go start/stop button on vehicles with CODE 889 (Keyless-Go) from electronic ignition lock control unit.
IMPORTANT Twist socket for standing light and parking light to left and remove.
Remove left standing light and parking light (E1e3) or right standing light and parking light (E2e3) from standing light and parking light socket.
 
E1e6, E2e6 Side marker light left, side marker light right NOTES Switch off exterior lights before changing bulbs.
A short circuit is hereby avoided.

IMPORTANT Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or Keyless-Go start/stop button on vehicles with CODE 889 (Keyless-Go) from electronic ignition lock control unit.
IMPORTANT Open service flap in left or right front fender liner.
IMPORTANT Remove housing cover, pull out socket. Pull left side marker lamp (E1e6) and right side marker lamp (E2e6) out of socket
