Install Outer Rear Wheel Well - Ar63.10-P-0670-06GQX

Model 166.8 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Install outer rear wheel well (1), outer side wall, liftgate, edge guard and taillamp, fit and fix in place.
2. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes on rear outer wheel well (1) (areas J, K, and M).
3. Remove outer side wall and outer rear wheel well (1).
4. Deburr rivet holes on outer rear wheel well (1) on both sides.
5. Remove drilling shavings with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
6. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.

7. Apply sealant to foam part (area I).

   Replace damaged foam parts.

8. Install outer rear wheel well (1), fit and fix in place.
9. Rivet rear outer wheel well (1) with Ø 6.5X14.5 blind rivet (areas J, K and M).
10. Outer rear wheel well (1) (area L).

11. Outer rear wheel well (1) (areas N, O and P).
12. Clean weld joints.
13. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
