Remove Spare Tire Well - Ar64.20-P-1245-01GQ

1. Mark separating point on spare wheel well (1) (dimension a) and cut (area A).

   Removal:  a = approx. 400 mm

2. Expose spot welds on spare wheel well (1) and cut out (areas B₁ , B₂ and D).
3. Expose MIG solder seams on spare wheel well (1) and grind off (areas C₁ and C₂ ).

4. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in the cross-hatched inner C-pillar sidewall.

   Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

5. Coat insides of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
