Remove/Install Evaporator - AR83.30-P-5540GQ

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove Air conditioner housing (2).   AR83.30-P-5200GQ 
2 Remove Air conditioner housing (2) from instrument panel carrier.    
3 Disconnect electric lines (3) from actuator motors then unclip and detach from Air conditioner housing (2) and from Air duct housing (4a, 4b). IMPORTANT The number of electrical lines (3) varies depending on the vehicle equipment.  
    INSTALLATION IMPORTANT The correct routing of the electrical lines (3) on the Air conditioner housing (2) and Air duct housing (4a, 4b) must be ensured.  
4 Remove Air duct inserts (5).    
5 Remove seal (9).    
6 UnScrew Screws (7).    
7 Unclip holder (8) from Air conditioner housing (2).    
8 Remove Air duct housing (4a, 4b) from Air conditioner housing (2).    
9 Remove activated charcoal fine particle filter.

10 Remove upper part of dust filter housing (6a) from lower part of dust filter housing (6b). INSTALLATION NOTES It must be ensured that seal is seated correctly on the dust filter housing (6a, 6b).  
11 Remove lower part of dust filter housing (6b) from Air duct housing (4a, 4b).    
12 Remove upper part of Air duct housing (4a) from lower part of Air duct housing (4b).    
13 Pull evaporator (1) upwards and out of lower part of Air duct housing (4b).    
14 Install in the reverse order.
