Replace Front Crankshaft Radial Sealing Ring - AR03.20-P-3000GQ

	Remove/install
1	Remove belt pulley/vibration damper (8)		AR03.30-P-1600GQ
2	Press out radial shaft sealing ring (5) from the mounting hole using a screwdriver		AR03.20-P-3000-01MM
		Do not damage crankshaft and mounting hole. Use a clean rag as a base when pushing out. Leakage can occur otherwise.
		Sleeve	Fig 2
	Check
3	Check contact surface of radial shaft sealing ring (5) at hub of belt pulley/vibration damper (8) for damage	If damage is present ↓ Replace belt pulley/vibration damper (8)	AR03.30-P-1600GQ
4	Install in the reverse order
5	Check engine oil level; correct if necessary
		Model 166, 292 with engine 276	AP18.00-P-0101GQ
		Model 251 with engine 276	AP18.00-P-0101W
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
6	Carry out an engine test run and check engine for leaktightness
