Disconnect Engine Wiring Harness For Removal Of Cylinder Head Covers - AR01.00-P-2410-04GQC

Engine 276.8 in model 166, 292 

1. Disconnect electrical connection at fuel injectors (Y76) on the right.
2. Disconnect electrical connection on multiplug (24).
3. Disconnect electrical connection at boost pressure control pressure transducer (Y31/5).
4. Disconnect electrical connection on pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (B28/6) and on pressure sensor downstream of throttle valve (B28/7).
5. Disconnect electrical connection on right intake camshaft solenoid (Y49/5) and right exhaust camshaft solenoid (Y49/7).
6. Disconnect electrical connection on right intake camshaft Hall sensor (B6/5) and right exhaust camshaft Hall sensor (B6/7).
7. Disconnect electrical connection at the ignition coils (T1) on the right.

8. Disconnect electrical connection at left divert air switchover valve (Y101/1).
9. Disconnect electrical connection on purging pressure sensor (B4/4).
10. Disconnect electrical connection on coolant thermostat heating element (R48).
11. Disconnect electrical connection on charge air temperature sensor (B17/8).
12. Disconnect electrical connection on left intake camshaft solenoid (Y49/4) and left exhaust camshaft solenoid (Y49/6).
13. Disconnect electrical connection on left intake camshaft Hall sensor (B6/4) and left exhaust camshaft Hall sensor (B6/6).
14. Disconnect electrical connection at the ignition coils (T1) on the left.
15. Disconnect electrical connection at fuel injectors (Y76) on the left.

16. Disconnect electrical connection on fuel pressure and temperature sensor (B4/25).
17. Disconnect electrical connection on throttle valve actuator.

18. Expose electrical wiring harness (24) at the extension (arrow).

19. Detach ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10).
20. Detach cable duct (23) from engine and place to one side.
21. Engine 276.8 in model 166 (except 166.063), 292

    Disconnect electrical connection of electrical wiring harness (24) at A/C compressor (A9).
