Remove/Install Coolant Thermostat - AR20.10-P-2460OGR

	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover	Ensure correct seating of the engine cover.
2	Remove engine charge air duct on ATL		AR09.41-P-8622OGR
3	Drain coolant at radiator	Catch coolant in suitable vessel.	AR20.00-P-1142GQ
4	Remove coolant hose (3) out of the thermostat housing bracket (1)
5	Disconnect electrical connection on coolant thermostat heating element (R48)	For vehicles with a heated coolant thermostat
6	Disconnect coolant hose (4) at thermostat housing (1)		AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
7	Remove securing clip (6) and take connector (7) for the fuel line (8) out of the bracket
8	Remove screws (5)
9	Remove screws (2, 9)	Do not bend the fuel lines. The fuel lines will leaky otherwise. The fuel line (8) must be pushed slightly to the side to pass the screw/bolt (9) by at the fuel line (8).
		Bolt, coolant thermostat housing to charge air manifold	*BA20.10-P-1002-01S
10	Remove thermostat housing (1) with coolant thermostat	Replace sealing ring.
11	Install in the reverse order
12	Pour in coolant and bleed cooling system		AR20.00-P-1142-04A
