| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
| 2 | Remove right trunk stowage compartment (1) | ||
| 3 | Remove foam covering (2) | ||
| 4 | Disconnect ground line electrical connector (3) from additional battery (6) | ||
| 5 | Disconnect positive line electrical connector (4) from additional battery (6) | ||
| 6 | Unclip additional battery (6) from retaining clips (5) | ||
| 7 | Pull additional battery (6) out of bracket (7) and remove in upward direction | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order |
