Retrofit Rear Entertainment Screen Bracket - AZ82.60-P-0015-04GQ

without CODE 866 (Preinstallation for rear entertainment system) 

Rear Seat Entertainment system with two screens 

The following work procedure is shown on the right side of the vehicle. Installation on the left side of the vehicle is performed correspondingly.

1. Cut out cutting template (11) along broken line.

   The cutting template (11) is included in the installation kit.

2. Apply cutting template (11) to head restraint and mark separating point (broken line).

   Fix cutting templates (11) in place, using adhesive tape if required.

3. Remove cutting template (11).

4. Cut seat cover using a knife and fix shackles (12) in place using adhesive tape (13).

   Be very careful when cutting.

   Otherwise the seat cover may be damaged.

5. Work out opening in seat cover and remove remaining foam.

6. Work out seat core until cross strut (14) of seat is accessible.

   Be very careful when cutting.

7. Insert bracket (15) into opening of exposed cross strut and rotate clockwise through 90°.

   Ensure that the retaining tab is in the correct position (arrow).

8. Insert bracket (15.1) and screw to crossmember of backrest frame with screws/bolts (16).

   Use suitable screws/bolts and nuts from the package contents. Installation position of bracket (15.1) as shown.

   Slide bracket (15.1) in direction of arrow between the backrest frame and seat cover. Expose backrest frame below the cutout.

9. Screw both brackets together using nuts (17).
10. Fold shackles (12) into exposed opening of seat cover.

11. Insert bracket (15.2) and screw to the previously mounted bracket using screws/bolts (18).

12. Lead wiring harness (19.1) from screen bracket (19) through exposed opening.

13. Fit screen bracket (19) and screw in place using screws/bolts (20).
14. Clip frame (19.2) to screen bracket (19).
