	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Remove
1	Remove rubber bellows from front panoramic sliding roof (1)		AR77.21-P-0530EW
2	Unscrew rear bolts (3a) on both sides of front panoramic sliding roof (1)
3	Open front panoramic sliding roof (1) until bolts (3b) are accessible
4	Unscrew bolts (3b, 3c)
5	Pull front panoramic sliding roof (1) out of guide rails (6) together with outer supports (4) and remove
6	Lay front panoramic sliding roof (1) with outer side down on suitable base (scratch protection)	Do not bend or put load on rubber lips. Rubber lips can permanently deform. Helper required.
7	Unscrew bolts on left and right outer support (4)	When replacing front panoramic sliding roof (1).
8	Remove outer supports (4)	When replacing front panoramic sliding roof (1).
	Check
9	Check mechanical components of front panoramic sliding roof (1), grease if necessary	Synthetic grease, sliding roof 500 g, DB supply specification 6827.60	*BR00.45-Z-1004-06A
	Install
10	Position left and right outer support (4) and tighten bolts	When replacing front panoramic sliding roof (1).
11	Insert outer supports (4) on front panoramic sliding roof (1) with short side (arrow) of guide (5) going in guide rail (6) first
12	Push front panoramic sliding roof (1) toward into guide rails (6)	The front panoramic sliding roof (1) should slide easily into the guide rails (6).
13	Position assembly wedge (01) between mount (2) and front panoramic sliding roof (1)	Mounting wedge	Fig 2
14	Lift assembly wedge (01) until mounting points are freely accessible and align front panoramic sliding roof (1) in roof cutout in relation to mounting points of bolts (3b)	Mounting wedge	Fig 2
15	Tighten bolts (3b)
16	Lift front panoramic sliding roof (1) until mounting points are freely accessible and align roof cutout in relation to mounting points of bolts (3c)
17	Tighten bolts (3c)
18	Close front panoramic sliding roof (1) and move to tilt position
19	Tighten bolts (3a)
20	Adjust front panoramic sliding roof (1)	Model 166 with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof)	AR77.21-P-0501GQ
